Subscription, Projects, Billing & Cancellation

1. Overview
InQI is a subscription-based software platform that provides AI-powered tools, insights, and project intelligence for design, planning, and construction workflows. Certain features, data sets, and AI services are accessed through subscriptions, project purchases, or a combination of both.
By creating an account, purchasing a project, or subscribing to InQI, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Subscriptions
2.1 Subscription Plans
InQI offers subscription plans that may be billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription details, pricing, and included features are described on the InQI website or within the platform at the time of purchase.
2.2 Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date:

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

The renewal will be charged to your payment method on file at the then-current rate.
3. Project Purchases (Final Sale)
3.1 Project-Based Purchases
Certain InQI features require the purchase of a project, which is typically tied to a specific property address, dataset, or scope of work.
3.2 No Refund Policy for Projects
All project purchases are final.

Once a project is purchased, the purchase cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded, in whole or in part.

This applies regardless of usage, timing, or outcomes.

Project data, AI processing, and associated services begin immediately upon purchase.
By purchasing a project, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Subscription Cancellation Policy
4.1 When You Can Cancel
You may cancel your InQI subscription at any time prior to your renewal date through your account settings or by contacting InQI support.
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription:

Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

You will continue to have access to subscription features until the renewal date.

No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused time.
4.3 Missed Cancellation Window
If your subscription renews before you cancel:

The renewal charge is considered final and non-refundable.

Your next opportunity to cancel will be before the following renewal date.
5. No Refunds on Subscription Fees
Except where required by law:

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has renewed.

InQI does not provide refunds or credits for:

Partial subscription periods

Unused features
-
Downgrades during a billing cycle

Account inactivity

6. Changes to Pricing or Plans
InQI may modify subscription pricing, features, or plans from time to time.

Any changes will take effect at the next renewal period.

Continued use of the service after renewal constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing or plan.
7. Account Termination by InQI
InQI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violation of these Terms

Abuse or misuse of the platform

Non-payment or chargebacks

Illegal or prohibited activities
Termination does not entitle the user to refunds for subscriptions or project purchases.
8. Data Access After Termination
Upon subscription termination or account closure:

Access to subscription features will end.

Project data may be retained, archived, or deleted according to InQI’s data retention policies.

InQI is not responsible for exporting or preserving user data beyond reasonable access periods.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a project, starting a subscription, or using InQI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including the final-sale project policy and renewal-based cancellation rules.
