From Address to Site Plan in Under 60 Seconds
Enter any US street address or Assessor's Parcel Number (APN). InQI queries county parcel records and GIS data, processes aerial imagery through AI detection, and returns a scaled, editable site plan that includes:
- Lot lines with dimensions from official parcel records
- Existing structures detected from aerial imagery
- Driveways, hardscape, trees, and site features
- Setback envelopes calculated from local zoning data
- Terrain contours and slope data
- Labeled scale bar, north arrow, address, and APN
The plan is editable in the browser. Add proposed elements, adjust existing ones, annotate dimensions. Export as PDF for permit submission or DXF for CAD.
The Binder System: How Project Context Accumulates
As you work on a project in InQI, data accumulates in a structured way:
Project Binder — Everything related to a specific site: site plans, analyses, code research, cost estimates, client correspondence, and photos. When InQuest, InQI's AI agent, answers a question about the project, it searches the Project Binder for context.
Account Binder — Firm-level knowledge: standard details, template documents, cost tables, and proprietary design standards. InQI reports that firms with organized Account Binders see faster project starts and fewer repeated research tasks.
Public Binder — Curated external knowledge: jurisdiction-specific code summaries, standard forms, and reference data maintained by InQI.
